The LOVE kids bed is a suggestion for a child leaving their small cot behind and ready for their first “big” bed. This step raises three questions we hear most often: will it fit in the room, will it last more than a year, and will it fit the budget? The model’s most distinctive element is the rounded headboard – a curved arch fitted with 18 pine slats, which softens the shape of the piece and gives even a simple interior a gentle character.

The frame is made of solid pine – a good choice if you’re looking for a wooden kids bed that will last longer than one season. Ash grey is a light grey tone that works well both in a preschooler’s room and an older child’s room. LOVE has no guardrail – that’s why we recommend it for children aged around 5–6, who have long been getting in and out of bed on their own. The headboard slats extend 31.5 cm above the bed frame, so a thicker mattress would throw off the proportions of the whole. We make the LOVE kids bed from solid pine – a sturdy, natural pine bed 90x180. The headboard is created from a curved element into which we fit 18 pine slats – so the top edge isn’t a straight board but a gentle arch. The simple shape of the rest of the bed deliberately doesn’t compete with this detail. Wood is a natural material, so the grain and tone may vary slightly between individual pieces.

LOVE is a model without a guardrail, so we recommend it for children aged around 5–6 – those who have long been getting in and out of bed on their own and don’t fall out at night. It works well as a bed for a 5- or 6-year-old, and thanks to its size, it will also suit an older child. The pine used to make the bed carries an FSC certificate and complies with REACH regulation . The same LOVE looks completely different depending on the finish. You can choose between 11 variants: white, cotton, cashmere, ash grey, graphite, pine, unvarnished, cinnamon, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and olive. If you don’t want the bed to stand out – choose a shade close to your wall colour. If it should be the room’s focal point – go for graphite, dark chocolate, or olive.

The LOVE kids bed is ready for self-assembly – you’ll need a cross-head screwdriver, a second pair of hands, and about 45 minutes. The bed is delivered in two packages weighing about 18 kg in total; the longer one is just under 190 cm, so it’s worth checking your staircase and lift beforehand.
